Basic form:
composition + Verb (present form)

John lives in New York.

Basic tense: It is an interesting tense because it can be used to express the future.

Use 1: Facts and prevalent Truths
We use the Present unbiased to speak about universal truths (for example, laws of nature) or things we believe are, or are not, true. Its also used to generalize about something or somebody.
