ABSTRACT
Cyber execration deals with the criminal offenses relate to computer world. There is a real little remainder between pompous crime and cyber crime as twain are forms of crime.the boundary is nowhere is defined in dictionary. The cyber crime includes the crime in which computer is involved in somewhat format. The term is still a misnomer. Now we have to discourse the concept of cybercrime.

The term cyber crime has not an unique definition. This term has nowhere been defined in any act as passed by the Indian Parliament. The concept of cyber crime is not more diametric from the concept of conventional crime. Both include conduct whether act or omission, which cause let on of rules of law and counterbalanced by the rules of the government.
Before discussing intimately the consequences of cyber crime it is helpful to know about the conventional crime. Then we can discuss the similarities and differences between conventional crimes and cyber crimes.
