A affable conflict is a disagreement of power within a particular group. For example, I was reflexion a reality show where there were seven members, basketball team males and two females. Because the males were greater in numbers, they became dominate in the star sign, coercive everything from the budget to what brand of toothpaste everyone used. This was unfair because the females had very little conjecture so about decisions made in the home. This is a shape of a social conflict because it describes a disagreement among the household which was clearly because the females were outnumbered. Not only that, they were outnumbered by men. Men carry to be more than dominating than women and often view things from a one-sided perspective. Many women have dealt with the unfair treatment of demotions, discrimination, and bedevilment simply because of their gender. Not to say that todays social climate has not progressed, but throughout history it has been an rising battle for womens rights.

Women have fought for the right to be seen and hear; the right to have an opinion. I feel that corrective changes argon being made in society to include more women in legislative and judicial decision making. How women are legitimate by particular groups, though, is another story. Not all organizations are biased, but there are some which have the perceptiveness of men to women.
