The crime rate is out of control in my urban center it doesnt change. I live in New siege of siege of Orleans and 60% of the population live below the poverty line. The stateless rate is at an all time high since Hurricane Katrina. on that points a homeless community that lives under the flypast right in front of City Hall and the state who live in this community are not alcoholics or drug addicts they are working class people. When interviewed by the local anaesthetic news one person explained the situation they cannot afford the read. Since Hurricane Katrina split has triple making it almost impossible to pay the rent there. The programs that were setup to assist with housing after Katrina have tire almost all of there resources the demand for housing is so great. There are multiple families sharing residents just to attend to cover the rent. Katrina left the City of New Orleans in a horrible state. With a failing Criminal rightness System and budget cuts its taking longer to plight violent offenders so they are left to roam the passage and commit even more violent crimes. With the parish jail at capametropolis they are force to let nonviolent offenders go to make room for the more serious offenders. And this poses a line of work because mistakes are often made when releasing prisoners.



New Orleans is basically in a horrible state, crime is at an all time high Crime in the city of New Orleans does not discriminate. The victims range from babies to the elderly, and the criminals committing these crimes are two-year-old teenagers ranging from 14 to 19 years of age. Most are repeating offenders that have an extentsive criminal backgrounds most have already act murders that have yet to be solved. How is it possible that they are solace walking the streets? Other hassle is the understaffed police division the officers are over worked an understaffed. And the criminals are out of control you are even safe in your own home.
