Title: Report on a house visit to Caffreys Confectionary Ltd.

Terms of point of reference:
We, as a class, wishinged to find out how endeavour works. My aim was to apply what I larn in denture Economics to what is happening in Caffreys.
We didnt go into the hot coffee bean milling machinery itself, just the store.
We walked through the door and I could flavour chocolate. I used my business skills from Home Economics by identifying the method of drawing in the customer with enticing smells. The warehouse was very inviting and there was a niggling shop to our left.
Our magic spell guide told us the plan for the afternoon, and we were led to a small room with a television to watch a documental on how chocolate is made. The tour guide gave us a talk on the business and answered all of our questions, which was helpful. She described how their chocolate is made and handed us samples of cocoa beans and different ingredients used.
The documentary told us how chocolate is made in a factory and a man making it at home. I learned a lot of new information from this.
After this we were relegate up into two groups. We were taken on a diddle tour of the warehouse, and got to look into the factory. It was mainly turning pointes and crates of the produce.
We looked at the chocolate displays as well and I noted that they use Easter and Christmas designs and decorations a lot. The business depends on these occasions.
Next, we were split into four groups and were taken to refuse at long metal tables. There was a box in front of each person. The tour guide showed us how chocolate moulds were made and how to decorate the chocolate, using a call bag. We were shown how to cover a sweet with more chocolate and past how to coat it in either coconut or sift krispies. This is called enrobing. We were also shown how to wrap and package chocolates.
