For instance, a person who has dissolved not to go to college, and settle down starts questioning themselves and may become depressed because they dont feel satisfied with their decision.
A quaraterlife crisis is a solution from overwhelming instability, constant change, too many choices, and a panicked sense of helplessness. Having new responsibilities and choices is overwhelming for many people in their twenties. Throughout adolescence parents protect their children and guide them in decision making. formerly on their own young people have to decide things for themselves.
