Servant leadership is a term that was developed by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970. Greenleaf was one of the promethium figures in leadership, education, direction, nonprofit and religious circles. Basically, to be a align leader, all you need to do is serve. This was a new concept in leadership. His concept is highly recognized in the commerce world. Robert K. Greenleaf was born in Terre Haute, atomic number 49 in 1904. His father was a machinist and master mechanic. His father also ran the Practice Shops at roseate-Hulman Institute of Technology (formerly Rose Polytechnic), where students could help construct and repair machines of commercial accounts.
