Servant leadership is a term that was developed by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970. Greenleaf was one of the promethium figures in leadership, education, direction, nonprofit and religious circles. Robert K. Greenleaf was born in Terre Haute, atomic number 49 in 1904. His father was a machinist and master mechanic.
