What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of Grolsch? (Category: disengagebrand connection)
I guess the first thing I associate Grolsch with is their swing-top feeding bottle and the pop sound it makes (physical characteristics, bottle recognition). And the commercials as well… they are kind of boring (negative opinionconnection). Heineken is much hip to say it simply. I prefer their discernment as well. Most bars I go to sell Heineken, and it excessively seems the preferred beer for my friends. (Low availability, different personal choice, surrounding influence)
If you purchase a Grolsch product, what influences that purchasing decision? (Brand loyalty/decision to purchase)
It depends; I would not buy the regular beer for myself that fast because I prefer the taste of Heineken.(dont like the product) Maybe I would buy it if Heineken was not available, or if Grolsch was much lower in price.(buy if it must, high price) If I have rough family coming over, my older uncles prefer some of the specialty beers of Grolsch, so that might be a argue to buy it.(buy in special occasion, as another ones choice)

No, not really. Beer is beer. I do not enjoy a beer more than because of a fancy bottle or package. (not interested in appearance, label)

If buy something for myself it would have to be the single Swingtop bottle (special bottle characteristics). I do not drink that often, besides when I am with friends(not a drinker). I do not like cans, they are more for the drinkers, you know, when it is just about inebriant intake(bottle prefer).
