Feedback Feedback is essential both for learning and for trainee indigence (Cascio, 2005). Providing employees with timely, consistent feedback is critical to improving the performance of InterCleans staff. Feedback should consider both positive and negative traits of employees. The criteria for employees feedback is listed in the employee appraisal form under the duties and responsibilities column.
Formal feedback will be given to employees by their immediate supervisor. To assist employees further, we are going to implement every quarter counseling sessions. These counseling sessions will afford the employees the opportunity to mete out possible negative issues before their formal appraisal.
