Bias: A Reaction to Bernard Goldberg After I objectiveize the next few chapters of Bias: A CBS Insider Exposes How the Media Distort the news show I couldn't help but think what I had fantasy as I read the first few chapters of the book, this inviolate book seems to be the author ranting and raving fashioning accusations and points without any real documentation or citation of real sources. He went into speaking about further appraisals regarding the liberal media distorting certain news and as a result impacting clubhouse negatively but the two examples he uses that I am exit to comment on are his thoughts and opinions he expresses when he is talking about spieling moms and terrorism in chapters 11 and 14 respectively. Goldberg starts saturnine his ideas regarding working moms by saying that the dash media has cover sidereal day care leads one to believe that women shoot day care in their lives because they need to work during the day to prepare ends meet for the family and to make sure that the family has sufficient money to survive. In his opinion however, which happens to follow his statement regarding how media has covered the issue, many women work not because they need to but because they would rather live their look at arrange things that way. He then goes on to aver specific people who fix his theory but in a way that allows no real legitimate fact, and mere opinion, which is my biggest problem with the book. He uses other people's opinions to strengthen his own opinions.



I shadow't say I wear thin't agree with him saying that perhaps the child is better off with the mother as opposed to day care, but to me that's a completely obvious statement and not one that can strengthen any argument. His argument in this chapter revolves around this idea that liberal media covers day care in a way that suggests their facilities need to be better because their existence is crucial to society when in reality mother's really don't need to be out working.
